I needed to create a simple way to organize and deploy custom proposals. The system was built in PHP and deployed via GIT. The system allows for setting a password dynamically as well as setting a project manager to the proposal. Access to the sites are monitored and metrics captured allowing us to measure success of marketing efforts.
