In July I made a video for one of my podcast episodes. The episode is over Regular Expressions. For the video episode I created all of the animations and transitions in After Effects. I recorded the Video on a Canon 6d digital SLR camera, and had the audio recorded through a Zoom H4. The footage was edited in Adobe Premier and exported to H.264 high definition movie format. The episode was scripted and and read using a teleprompter affixed to the camera tripod. The final project was pretty great. I would really like to create more episodes in the future.
