Websites look horrible with Retina Display

I just got a mac book pro with a retina display.  The screen is fantastic, however all websites look like garbage.  You can see the pixelation of the images and the overall crispness of the images look bad.  That doesn't mean the images themselves are bad, it just means that the sizing of the images is an issue.  As a result most sites just don't look as clean as I would hope.  So here are some resources to fix it.
